Eat like a KING for breakfast, a PRINCE for lunch and a PAUPER for dinner.
This means, eat more early in the day, and less as the day goes on.
This is the way to eat if you want to lose weight. The earlier in the day you eat, the more hours left in the day to burn off the calories from the foods you eat. That’s why it’s to your advantage to be a big eater early in the day, and a light eater later in the day. If you do this consistently, I guarantee you’ll lose weight.
Eat a Big Breakfast
If you’re a morning person, this will work out perfect for you. The most important meal of the day is breakfast. At this meal, you can eat as much as you want. Don’t just stuff. Don’t just eat because the food is there, and you know you can eat a lot and get away with it. You eat anyway because you enjoy food, right? Eat what you want for breakfast. When you’re full, just stop eating. Use a little common sense.
What you eat, and how much you eat for breakfast is not going to hurt you one bit if you want to lose weight. I always suggest having a big breakfast. Breakfast is early in the day. Therefore, your body has the rest of the day to work off the food you have eaten. Assuming you remain active during the day, this will work very well for you if you are going to lose weight.
Eat Good for Lunch
Lunch is another meal at which you can eat a generous portion. It is not as important as breakfast. You can eat and enjoy your food, without having to worry about it hurting you in your mission to lose weight. Again, you have the remainder of the day to work off what you eat for lunch. I’d recommend having a dessert with lunch. In fact, with my weight loss plan, you can even have a second dessert if you like. It won’t hurt you. Just remember one important thing, which is, when you finish your lunch and leave the table, you’re not going to eat again until dinner.
Eat Less for Dinner
Now, it’s late in the day. You still need to eat, but not exactly like a pauper. This is just a reminder to not over-eat at this meal. Remember, you will not have as much time in the day to work off the food you take in for dinner. Have your usual dinner. Again, you can have a dessert. Remember another important thing, which is, when you finish your dinner and leave the table, you’re done eating for the day.
Stay away from those Late Night Snacks
This is what will do you in. Go for those late night snacks that many people can’t resist, and I’ll guarantee you another thing, which is, you’ll kill every chance you ever had to lose weight.
