If I can sum up my weight loss theory into two categories, they are, the one I’m about to show you now, and, the one I’ll show you next time. Everything I know about weight loss revolves around these two areas. Master them, and you will master weight loss, FOREVER.

Get used to hearing about eating healthy, because if you continue to read my articles, you’ll see it a whole lot. Everything I know about weight loss revolves around eating healthy, in one form or another.

I told you that eating healthy is the best way to lose weight.

I also told you that losing weight does not mean you have to stop eating. By now, I hope I have eliminated the myth that you have to starve yourself to lose weight. If I haven’t, keep reading, and I assure you, I will before you finish reading this article. If I don’t, then your answer to the crucial question was No. But if you’re reading this right now, I must believe your answer was, “Yes, you really want to lose weight.”

Eating doesn’t make you gain weight. Eating certain foods at certain times is what does it. For example, if you eat a pizza, an order of French Fries, and drink a Coke at 11:00PM, you’re going to gain weight, and gain it excessively. On the other hand, if you eat celery, cauliflower, carrots, apples, oranges, or other fruits, you’re not going to gain a pound.

Pizza and French Fries, and especially, red meat and bread goes right to fat, no matter what time of the day you eat it. But some times are better than others. Fruits and vegetables do not go to fat. In fact, you could eat celery all day long, practically 24/7, and never gain another pound. Let me explain how this works.

Some people love celery, and some don’t. There are other foods that are healthy and taste good. But celery is probably THE HEALTHIEST FOOD you can eat. It’s loaded with fiber. This fiber goes right through you. It goes through you very fast. In a way, it exercises the body, internally. It doesn’t have time to turn into fat for this reason. Then, there’s another reason. There is not one bit of fat in celery.

While going through you, the body is getting an internal workout. This may seem hard to understand, but the more celery you eat, the more weight you’ll lose. It’s almost like working out, without exerting yourself.

I don’t want to get too graphic, but I must, in a tactful way, in order to get my point across. If you eat, you’re going to have to go to the bathroom. This is one of the healthiest things you can do. Celery leaves the body almost as fast as it goes into the body. Compare this to pizza, fries, fried chicken and greasy foods. With all that cheese in pizza, there’s no way it can leave the body fast. The result is, the food stays in your body longer, turns into fat, and guess what. RIGHT! More pounds.

Of course, you can always eat celery, or other foods high in fiber later, and it should push it right through. Now you should be getting a good idea of how this works. This is just the start. i have a lot more to show you.

Keep something else in mind. For those who still think you have to starve yourself to lose weight, celery is the fly in the ointment. If you don’t eat, nothing is going through the body. None of the organs are exerting themselves. There’s no internal workout. When this happens, you’ll never lose weight. This is what I mean when I say, “Losing weight does not mean you have to stop eating.”

Celery is not the only food that has this effect on the body. The same holds true for carrots, lettuce, cauliflower and fruits. Fiber is the reason for this. Foods that are high in fiber go through you so fast, that they won’t give you enough time to gain weight.

Conclusion

Now, I hope I have finally eliminated the myth that you have to starve yourself to lose weight. On the contrary. You have to eat to lose weight. I just proved this to you. Healthy eating means that you eat the right foods, at the right times. Now I know you may like pizza, fries, and bread. I’ve told you before that it’s OK to have them. Having them earlier in the day won’t hurt you nearly as much as having them late at night. Just don’t make them your only choice every time you eat. If you do this, there’s a possibility that you won’t stay healthy, much less, lose weight. Being overweight may be the least of your problems. But I have faith in you, and I know that you’re not going to let this happen.

The first key to losing weight is eating healthy. Everything I now about weight loss revolves around healthy eating, and the other category, which is going to put you on the edge of your seat when you read about it.

Healthy eating means, having an overall, balanced diet, which can include pizza and fries occasionally. It also means, eating healthy, and eating the right kinds of foods. You should be doing this anyway.

Master this, and the second category I can’t wait to show you in great detail, and losing weight will be as easy for you as turning on the television set.
