For exercising, begin with the cardio exercises. Start with walking, and then switch to running or jogging. Running is the most effective exercise for burning calories.
If you are extremely overweight, start by walking. Then, gradually build your tolerance level for jogging. Otherwise, you may have health complications like a heart attack, disjointed bones, etc.
