Do you want to lose weight? I mean, do you really, really want it? If you do, read this to the end. This is the most important article on weight loss you’ll ever read. If you can’t lose weight after reading this article, you’ll never lose weight.
Wait before you answer.
So far, I’ve tried to build up your confidence, and motivate you. This time, I’m going to challenge you.
Think, think, think about nothing but losing weight. Block everything out of your mind except, losing weight. Right now, nothing else in the world matters to you. Nothing else exists for you right now. Don’t think about how you are going to do. Just think about losing weight. If you think about how your are going to do it, you’ll mess up your thinking. Don’t worry about this right now. Worry about one thing – LOSING WEIGHT.
Now, let’s take this a step further.
Think, think, think about how it will be after you lose weight. Think about how you will look after you lose weight. Imagine looking at yourself in the mirror after you’ve done it. How will you feel? Will you experience a huge amount of joy? Just think of the things you will be saying to yourself. “Wow, this was so simple? How come I couldn’t do this before?” Think of yourself saying, “I feel so much better about myself!” Think about the new doors you have opened up for yourself that will last you the remainder of your life.
Losing Weight – Mind Over Matter
I’m not trying to hypnotize you. When you lose weight, you are not going to be under sedation, or unconscious. You will be in your right mind. You will know what you have done. You will begin a journey and you will get to where you want to go. It will happen for you and you will not believe what has happened.
I want to tell you again not to think about how you are going to lose weight. Just think about losing weight. If you think about how you are going to do it, it will mess you up. The only thing I want you to think about is losing weight.
Do You Really Want to Lose Weight?
You have to do something before you try to lose weight. You have to convince yourself that you really want it. I mean, really want it.
If you’re not totally serious and committed to losing weight, and you are asked the question, “Do you want to lose weight?“, the answer is, “I guess so.”
If your answer is, “No I don’t want to lose weight”, you’re fine. At least you know where you stand. This way, you can go on with your life, and be happy and content. If you don’t want to lose weight, and are comfortable with your decision, that is fine, because it is your choice. You have made no excuses.
If your honest and sincere answer is, “Yes I want to lose weight”, you are fine and dandy, and on your way.
If the answer is, “I guess so“, you are headed for DISASTER. This is like going to the dentist, and getting a root canal without anesthesia.
If this is your answer, you’re thinking about what you have to do to lose weight. You’re thinking of things you think you will have to give up. You’e thinking about how miserable you think you’ll be trying to lose weight – LITTLE DO YOU KNOW!
You’re saying to your self, “But I’ll have to do whatever it takes to lose weight, and I’m not sure I can do this.” You really think you want to lose weight, but you have to do something painful. Once again, LITTLE DO YOU KNOW!
Go ahead, continue to make excuses. If you just don’t want to do it, be honest and say it. If you don’t you’ll think of over 100 excuses. Do you know what people say about excuses? Excuses are like something you have – everybody’s got one. I’m not going to be specific. No profanity allowed on this website.
If you want piece of mind, your answer must be a definite YES or a definite NO. Please, no Guess So’s.
Considering that this is a weight loss website, and you are reading this because you are interested in losing weight, I take it that you are a definite YES. There are no if’s and’s or but’s about it.
CONGRATULATIONS, MY FRIEND !
You have conquered the most difficult hurdle in losing weight. You know that you really, and I mean really want it. The rest will be a piece of cake.
Sorry, this was not a good pun, considering this is a weight loss website. But in the next article, you’ll find out that you don’t have to give up cake to lose weight.
I didn’t ask you if you are willing to do what it takes to lose weight. This is not nearly as important as your really wanting to do it. If you really want it, (and by now you do), you won’t worry about the doing whatever it takes part.
You want something, and you’re simply going to
