An easy way to lose weight if you’re lazy

It depends what you mean by lazy

easy-way-to-lose-weight-if-youre-lazyIf you just don’t like getting up off the couch, and don’t like going to the gym, diet is the easiest way to lose weight. If you’re too lazy to get off the couch, you’ll definitely be too lazy to exercise, because you’ll have to exert yourself much more.

Perhaps you just don’t like to cook. If this is the case, it’s easier to order food than to cook for yourself. What are you going to order? Pizza delivery? Come on! Surely you’re not too lazy to get in your car and pick up some food. I don’t care how lazy you think you are. You’re not too lazy to eat.

Fast food? Pizza takeout? Chinese food? Perhaps there are better alternatives.

Order sushi, or salads without much dressing. These are takeout foods, but healthy takeouts.


If by lazy you mean “I don’t want to exercise, or go get takeout food” the answer is:

No. There is no easy way.
