Why I’m the best Weight Loss consultant

There are people and companies all over the world that claim to help you lose weight. Some are probably good, and some probably not. I’m not going to comment on any of them, because I don’t know them, and I’m not qualified to do so. But I am qualified to comment on myself.

best-weight-loss-consultantI have dedicated the last twenty eight years of my life to studying weight loss. I didn’t learn about weight loss from reading about it. I learned by doing it. People who knew me twenty eight years ago sent me letters asking for weight loss advice, which I was happy to share. (We didn’t have email then.) Word spread. Over the last several years, I have received thousands of emails and letters from people all over the world.

When I began my weight loss adventure, in January of 1987, I knew within the next 5 days that this was going to work. Therefore, I kept a daily journal dedicated to nothing but weight loss, and I documented everything. In January, I weighed 230 pounds. In May of the same year, I was 155 pounds.

This was my last semester. I knew that I had more work to do when I got home. I had one more course to complete during the Summer of 1988. When this was completed, I immediately wrote the OpenWeightLoss Guide.

The OpenWeightLoss Guide is a three part book, describing exactly how I went from 230 to 155 in less than 5 months. Not only did I write this book, but I have updated it every year for the last 28 years.

This book is not for sale. I’m going to give you what’s in the book, but during the next 8 weeks. If I give it to you all at once, it would do you more harm than good. There is a lot of intense information in the book. Seeing it all at once would give you the worst problem you could possibly have – information overload.

What I’m going to give you are methods that work

In case you haven’t noticed, I’m a straight talker. By this, I mean that I’m going to tell you everything I know, in a way that will be easy to understand. When you read my articles, I want you to feel like I’m talking to you, face to face. You won’t see me using any medical terms that will confuse you. Your desire is to lose weight. I’m going to make this as easy for you as possible.
